Nuuman (if that's how you spell his name) is an absolute asset to your team. Such a kind, friendly helpful guy. Always spoke to us with a smile on his face and made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable, a bit small but good enough for what we needed as we weren't there much. The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of the historical centre, just a short walk from the blue mosque. Good value for money! Great location and value if you're visiting Istanbul and Nuuman will make you feel at home. He gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and things in Istanbul. Even scams to look out for. There was a water machine and free tea and coffee you could help yourself to anytime!

The rooms were big and comfortable. The room had air conditioning. There was a beautiful rooftop terrace for you to sit and enjoy. There was free tea available at all times. Everyone was very friendly. I checked in late at night but had no problems!

The staff all of them night day were excellent. My room was cleaned everyday which I didn't expect, water, coffee was provided free everyday. Location was easy to get to all major tourist attractions. It was nothing fancy but it was clean. It was friendly.very safe, It was well worth the price. I had an excellent stay. Thank you very much everyone.

People make places - and all the hotel staff were absolutely brilliant. They made sure as a female solo traveller, I felt safe and supported in every way. From early check-in, to offering guidance on where to shop and where to eat and transportation - and there was nothing more I could ask for in terms of the kindness and respect I was shown. I would definitely recommend this hotel for solo travellers and families. Thankyou so much to the team for making my stay in istanbul fantastic.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. English level. Very good. Couldn't ask for better people. Whatever I needed. I wasn't afraid to ask. Location is Central to everything you need to see. The rooms are clean, housekeeping everyday. All in all it was a very good stay for a very affordable price. I would highly recommend. I felt very safe as a solo woman traveler. Also the shower was excellent and lots of hot water.

Amazing location, near the most important places of the town. Almost next to the sea, in my room I could see it. Its clean and the room, eventhough it's not very big is in great conditions. Also the bathroom is very good. People working there were so kind with me, definetly would repeat my stay there. Amazing balcony.

Perfect location for first time travelers to Istanbul as it’s walking distance to Sultanahmet. I also loved how close it was to the waterfront on the opposite side which was more local and calm. The rooftop has amazing views where I enjoyed having my breakfast and tea. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The only improvement I suggest is WiFi connectivity - it’s a bit unstable sometimes. Still highly recommended, great value for the price and location!

Very central location a few mins walk from the Blue Mosque. Charming old building. Great having a little fridge and kettle in the room. We liked the little terrace with view over the city and water. We got a last minute deal and I think were given a very small room (fair enough).

I think this is a case of you really get what you pay for. For the price you know you're not going to get anything luxurious but this is a solid choice. The location was right around the corner from the Blue Mosque, there was a great terrace and the room was pretty big and comfortable. WiFi was also pretty good.
